Guestbook for May Wedding

This is my first book coverage ever. Will be a gift to one of my dearest friends to her wedding. Unfortunatelly, I could not stitch the pattern she requested due to lack of time. Hopefully, the beautiful colors of Nina will make her forget that.

Keresztszemezett vendégkönyvet készítettem, Zsófi leírása alapján. 
Egy nagyon kedves barátnőmnek lesz nászajándékba. Sajnos, nem tudtam azt a mintát kivarrni, amit választott, de remélem Nina gyönyörű színei kárpótolni fogják.
 

Lace wedding record finished

Finally framed my own wedding record. Next to it are our wedding candles which symbolize our life separated. We had a bigger one with the same lace decoupage pattern symbolizing growing us together, but the cousine of my husband said it is so beautiful ... he watched it burning down.

Végre sikerült bekeretezni a saját esküvői emlékemet is. A képen mellette látható az esküvői gyertyánk, ami még külön szimbolizál bennünket. Volt ugyanilyen mintával egy tömzsibb is a kapcsolatunkat jelképezve, de arról azt mondta a férjem unokatestvére, hogy olyan szép ... és végignézte, ahogy leég.

Another Lace Wedding Record

It took a long time to finish but finally I can show one of the wedding gifts for this year. One of my dearest friends will marry soon and I wanted to stitch something for her. I do not say ... for them ... because we know exactly that such useless beauties love women more.
Hope I did not hurt any men' feelings.
She chose the design and I should the colors and finishing. Really stitched with love.
Now I work on another project ... totally different style ... need to finish in two weeks time. Wish me luck.

Sokáig tartott kivarrni, de végre elkészült. Ez az egyik idei nászajándékom egy nagyon kedves bartánőmnek. Mert ezek a mihaszna szépségek szerintem a lányok kedvencei. Remélem ezzel egy férfit sem bántok meg. 
A mintát Dóri választotta, a színeket és a befejezést én. Nagy szeretettel készült, remélem tetszeni fog.
Jelenleg egy másik mintán dolgozok, teljesen más stílusban. Még van rá két hetem.

Lace Wedding Record

Since that day, I wanted to stitch a wedding record for myself. It took a while till I could choose ... as always. My husband said it looks gothic, but I like the contrast of black and white.
We got invitations for three weddings this summer. I asked one of the brides to choose from five patterns because I want to work on a project she likes. Guess what she chose.

Azóta a nap óta szeretnék magamnak varrni egy esküvői mintát. Sokáig tartott kiválasztani ... mint mindig. A férjem szerint kicsit gótikus lett, de nekem nagyon tetszik a fekete-fehér kontrasztja. 
Ezen a nyáron három esküvőre vagyunk hivatalosak. Keresztszemes ajándékokat terveztem. Megkértem az egyik arát, hogy öt minta közül segítsen választani. Lehet találgatni, hogy melyiket választotta.
